At the core of leadership is character. It's more than lessons learned from a textbook or trending topics in professional organizations. At Goizueta, we aim to develop principled leaders for global enterprise from the start of your MBA experience continuing through graduation.
At Program Immersion, you will learn the core values that drive principled, effective leaders -- the timeless qualities of courage, integrity, accountability, rigor, diversity, team, and community. With that foundation, you will then have leadership development infused into every aspect of your MBA curriculum. You will also explore other key leadership areas such as self-awareness, resilience, high performing teams, influencing others without direct authority, and driving performance by giving and receiving feedback. From there, you will dive into more advanced topics, such as leading and managing teams, coaching for success, mentoring, and ethics.
Throughout our courses and electives, you are exposed to the fundamental core values that drive principled, effective leaders. From there, you can join our Leadership Coaching Fellows Program, and take coaching skills, concepts, strategies, and tools learned throughout your core classes and practice them both in team and individual sessions.Read More
