In order to fully understand the Evening experience, we encourage you to join us on campus for a class visit. Take an in-depth look at our community, meet our outstanding faculty, and speak with current students. Be our guest for a quick meal and an opportunity to discover the exciting possibilities which could lie ahead for you.

Schedule a Class Visit

Below, you will find a class visit schedule for the 2008-2009 academic year. Prospective students for the Evening MBA program should plan to visit a first year MBA core course with a current Evening MBA student. To schedule a class visit:

• Review the class visit schedule below and determine a date convenient to your schedule.
• Contact the admissions office to schedule your visit at least two business days prior to the date of the class that you would like to visit. You may email Caroline_Grimes@bus.emory.edu to schedule your visit.
• Come to campus, park in the Fishburne Parking Deck, and meet your host outside Einstein's, our on-site campus café by the arch, just down the sidewalk from MBA Admissions. Plan to arrive by 5:30pm.
• Please note that the Evening MBA classes are conducted on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 9:15pm. You may make your exit during the break at 8:00pm, or you may stay for the entire class.

• September 15 – Fall Class Visits Begin (Mon, Wed)
• October 13-14 – Closed for Fall Break
• November 17-19 – Last Week of Visits for Fall term
• November 27-30 – Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday
• January 3-13 – ACE Class Visits Available (offered Tue, Thu, Sat)
• January 19 – Closed for MLK Holiday
• February 2 – Spring Class Visits Begin (Mon, Wed)
• March 2-13 – Spring Break
• April 13-15 – Last Week of Visits for Spring Term
• May 9-16 – ACE Class Visits Available (offered Tue, Thu, Sat)
• June 2 – Summer Class Visits Begin (Mon, Wed)

Please be respectful of your student host. If you are running late or must cancel, give them a call and let them know. You must be in the classroom prior to the beginning of class; otherwise, please reschedule your visit.
