May 2009 Update from Alumni Relations
Dear Alumni and Friends,
It is hard to believe that another academic year is just about over and we will be welcoming new alumni into our ranks. During the 2008-09 academic year, we were once again blessed with help from our wonderful alumni volunteers in so many areas of the school.
On behalf of staff and faculty in the school I want to thank all of you who came back to volunteer your time and expertise in MBA Admissions, MBA Career Management, the BBA Program, and the Mentor Program. Thank you too for being a judge in the GMSC, speaking in a professor's class, participating in panel discussions for the UBSLC and various clubs, and taking leadership roles in our Goizueta Groups.
In addition, you have taken the time to sit on award selection committees and review new curricula. You serve on reunion host committees, offer your homes for events and contribute financially to many areas in the school. You offer new creative ideas of how to reach your classmates while providing lifelong opportunities. Please forgive me if I have left out your area of contribution they are so many and varied. We are very appreciative of your passion and support. We would not be where we are today without your efforts.
If you have not had a chance to get involved, but would like to volunteer, please let us know how you want to help. Please feel free to contact me as well. I am always delighted to hear from our alums. We need you!
