One of the most important parts of the Goizueta education is the emphasis on leadership and communication. While the course work provides a foundation, it was the focus on leadership and communication that have helped me most in my career. I learned how to better develop my point of view, and how to convey that direction to others. Also, the program's emphasis on teamwork meant that I was more effective from day 1 in working cross-functionally.
