The CMC's role in the investment banking recruiting process was very important. They interfaced with the alumni to ensure our resumes were in time for key drop dates, and organized a trek to New York and a Finance Interview Day where multiple investment banks participated. After several conversations and long-distance networking, I was able to land an interview spot with Barclays and received an internship offer from the group. I am extremely excited about my career as an investment banker at Barclays Capital - I know that I could not have taken a better first step.
