My most memorable Goizueta experience was winning the National Human Capital Case Competition with five of my classmates and closest friends. Our team came in as somewhat of an underdog, not having been originally selected for the competition. After the competition, the judges said that we “hit a home run while the rest of the teams only made it to first base” with their presentations and analysis. Without a doubt, our superior communications training at Goizueta was the key to our victory. Not only did we come home with a $15,000 check, we also all ended up with job offers from the sponsoring companies, Deloitte and GE.
