I really enjoyed the recruiting aspect of Goizueta. Not only did I attend every single conference/career fair I could (including the ones before school even started), I also served as a Student Corporate Liaison in the Fall 2009 recruiting season. As a result, I learned a lot and was able to really focus my attention on just a few firms and build great relationships in the process. My advice to prospective consulting students is to really stretch beyond their comfort zone and participate in all they can to learn about different firms and opportunities early in their business school career. That way, once the core recruiting season rolls around, you are very prepared and far more confident than others.
