
Robert K. (Rob) Kazanjian is Vice Dean for Programs; and, Professor of Organization & Management. As Vice Dean for Programs, Kazanjian has oversight for the School’s undergraduate BBA program and all MBA programs.
Prior to his appointment at Emory, Kazanjian was a faculty member at the Graduate School of Business, University of Michigan. Over the years, Kazanjian has held a number of leadership positions at the School, including Area Faculty Coordinator for Organization & Management, Director of Executive Education, and serving as the School’s first director of our full-time MBA program. He is one of the School’s most popular, yet effective teachers, and alums often cite his strategy course as one that affects how they approach business problems throughout their careers. Kazanjian is widely published in the areas of management and organizational change, and in organizational issues associated with firm growth.
